It's back!! The amazing Veal Osso Bucco! A 14 oz. Veal shank braised for 6 hours, served over a bed of risotto with carrots, celery, and white onions in a demi glaze red wine sauce garnished w/ a radish & apple slaw. We will also be serving The Orange Roughy all weekend. Come stay warm at Rosa's :)

Happy Fall, Rosa's fans! This weekend we are featuring an amazing Fall special, Chicken Alla Autunno. A lightly panko breaded chicken cutlet, topped with melted mozzarella, served over a bed of Butternut Squash Risotto with spinach in a creamy Champagne Butternut squash sauce. So delicious! Paired in this photo with one of our staff favorites, The Blanc. Also, we will be serving The Signature Orange Roughy all weekend. Thank you so much! We are so excited to see you this weekend :)

Dear Rosa’s guests, we are honored and excited to announce that Rosa’s Pizzeria is under new ownership! We would like to thank all of our amazing & loyal guests who have grown with the Rosa’s family throughout the past seven years. We are so blessed to be a part of this amazing community. Also, we would like to thank each and every one of our employees for all of your dedication & hard work, you will always be a part of our family. Congratulations to Skyler Reeves who is the new owner of Rosa’s Pizzeria. It was a tough decision to sell but we know Skyler will continue to uphold the great Rosa’s name, and isn’t making any changes to the menu, atmosphere or staff that we all love so much! The Anzelmo family is not relocating, we will continue living in beautiful Prescott. P.S. Please be reassured all of our fans that our delicious recipes are not going to change a bit! Join us this Valentine's Day as we will be featuring a Sicilian Surf and Turf! Egg washed veal cutlet and buttermilk battered jumbo shrimp served with fettuccine pasta with a white wine lemon butter sauce and capers. We also will be featuring strawberry mimosas and strawberry basil margarita's served with a chocolate covered strawberry. All specials will run Wednesday-Sunday.
